The underlying Eikon data services are not available

Anyone come across this exception before, Eikon is running fine, but the Desktop Data API is hitting this exception - 

DataServices_CreateError - One or more errors occurred.System.AggregateException: One or more errors occurred. ---> 
ThomsonReuters.Desktop.SDK.DataAccess.Exceptions.DataServicesException: 
The underlying Eikon data services are not available. ---> ThomsonReuters.Desktop.SDK.DataAccess.Exceptions.DataServicesException: 
An internal error occured while adding client. Please see server log for more details.

Is Eikon installed on the machine where you are running the code?

Hi Zhenya - yep Eikon was installed and running ok, but they found that re-installing Eikon 'fixed it' - so we are thinking it was configuration related where the settings after re-install makes the Data Services available to the Eikon Desktop SDK.
