Issue on installaing Eikon.net SDK libraries

A client is getting this error installing Eikon.Net SDK libraries

do you have any idea how to fix it?

I do not recognize 1.9.1 as a valid version, the latest published version of the API is 1.8.4, take a look at the nuget.org or this screenshot from vs:

I would also like to get all the steps that client took in order to try and reproduce this.

I found this additional info on the ticket raised by client with the step done before to get the error message. It seems he got the right release

I downloaded and installed nuget.exe (https://dist.nuget.org/win-x86-commandline/latest/nuget.exe).
Then, I downloaded your package from nuget web site (https://www.nuget.org/packages/ThomsonReuters.Desktop.SDK.DataAccess.Signed.x64/)
and I tryed to install your package with shell command but this is the error message:
