Incomplete organization data from download file (.ttl)

Here are few samples I can get directly from the url link:

shows nothing. I have verified the md5 checksum on the download file is correct (8d74fac43ebbb847185b3e47fbd52548).

This issue has been fixed in the latest version of the organization file (03 Feb 2019). Currently, those PermIDs are in that file.
