As far as we know, what we need is to pass username or Machine Account and password and connect to the right TRCC server. I'm not sure what is CAPI_ID.
-Have you tried passing Machine Account in the following format SP01881.<Machine Account>.TRCC.0 ?
What API are using EMA or ETA? and Is this C++ or Java? Have you tried your TRCC account with the example from the article and still get the error?
