For the cases created by WC API call, can the other existing user which is using WC1 to access to the case?

Apologies for the delay in response.

The account which you have mentioned is in production and has only 1 user. Can you please share a few more details at my email address to look into the issue? My email address is - prabhjyot.mandla@refinitiv.com

The users of the account would be able to access the cases created in World-Check One.

Hi team, I found that the user with WC 1 cannot access to the case created by WC API call, can you help to check? API is under BOA Financial Group Limited - API(R) while the WC1 user is under BOA Financial Group Limited (R)., and please suggest the way to let WC1 user to access to the records which are created by the API call. Thanks.
