WORLD-CHECK-ONE-API .NET /C# : Can not create SSL / TLS secure channel.

I've included the api world check one in my c # code and it works fine but now it catches with the exception "La demande a été abandonnée : Impossible de créer un canal sécurisé SSL/TLS."
