DACS On Demand Subscription status is denied

Hello!

We faced with the following problem. User is permitted for DACS On-Demand for some exchanges (On-Demand Status is Enabled). User can see market data (so it looks like user is permitted for data on DACS side) after start application, but Subscription Status is still Denied on "On-Demand Permission" tab (status is not changed even after several hours). What can be a reason of such behaviour? How can I make sure that On-Demand request is sent and accepted?

Thanks!

It looks similar to a question on this thread. From the response, that issue was fixed by enabling usage logging for the Sink Daemon (per the instructions here).
