Not able to login to Mac Eikon API proxy

I am not able to login to Mac version of Eikon API proxy. I am using Mac book pro osX Catalina 10.15.4. The login page shows that incorrect emailid or password. But I am able to login using this URL in browser

You need to enter your Eikon user ID and password as chavalit mentioned. You may contact Refinitiv Account team for process and details to obtain Eikon user account.

Do you have Eikon Desktop account?

Please note that login for Developer Portal and login for Eikon Desktop are different.
