We are hoping to add support for TREP On Stream / Off Stream contributions sometime in 2021 - but no specific time in 2021 as there is other higher priority functionality on the list of deliverables.

What kind of contribution functionality are you looking for - through Refinitiv Contributions Channel? If so, that would be outside the scope of RDP library which is primarily oriented towards a desktop or platform sessions. You can however contribute to RCC using the websocket API, and it is supported with Python samples.
Please see this article to learn more about it. Even though the article talks about contribution through in-house market data system, this websocket API has been expanded, to be able to contribute to RCC directly over the internet.

We would like to contribute to an Non-Interactive Provider on our TREP installation, so basically just another ADH in our TREP.
We have been exploring the possibilities within the WebSocket API before we actually found out the Python RDP Library, so we know it's possible through the WebSocket API. We just wanted to know whether Refinitiv's Python RDP Library could also provide the same functionality or whether it is a planned activity for the nearby future... So basically, whether the RDP python library could provide a function like contribute() which does a Post of a json to the web_socket_app :-)

I would love to refresh this topic a bit since it looks like OnStream/OffStream posting is currently not supported in the Refinitiv DataLibrary python library. I searched and red a lot of docs , they are not mentioning publication support (i.e. in an RTDS deployed environment).
Do you have any visibility on this ? Thanks a lot in advance for your replies. We have a huge quantity of potential applications for this.
