"Kernel Restarting" error message

Hihi, I'm constantly getting the following error message when running any of the notebooks I'm using in Codebook app in Eikon.

Clicking on "ok" does not resolve the issue and I have to logout/login Eikon to make the notebooks work again.

Any clue why this is happening? how can I get rid of it? thanks in advance
