Codebook is a Jupyter lab hosted and managed by Refinitiv. It does not support downloads to your local machine. If you'd like to use Eikon data locally on your machine, you need to retrieve data from Eikon using locally installed Python. For more details see Quick Start Guide for Eikon Data APIs.
