RFA.NET API - A27: Synchronization Error. Recalling

I am getting this error 'A27: Synchronization Error. Recalling' occasionally for most of the items subscribed. It got disappeared after restarting the application. Please advise what this error means and how to resolve this

This is a message from the Refinitiv Real-Time Distribution System (aka TREP).

You can find its description from the ADS installation guide.
