Save a simple case API through Native Postman returns 401 Unauthorized

Hi,

I followed the One API Sync Screening Steps document. I was able to get group id from Step 1. However Step 2 returns 401 Unauthorized Response when posting SEQ-case-create-simple: Save a very simple case.

This is all done through native Postman using the Refinitiv World-Check One API v2.40 collection.

The Postman Console shows JSONError: No data, empty input at 1:1^.

I have read through the similar questions posted here but am not seeing any answer to this issue.

Please assist.

Thanks,

Cady

Hi @cadyh

We have verified the console logs and it look fine to us. Therefore, we have tested on our side using your API keys and could able to consume the "SEQ-case-create-simple: Save a very simple case" call without any issue.

So, we request you to please follow the below step and let us know the outcome:

Step1: Please delete the existing POSTMAN collection i.e. Refinitiv World-Check One API v2.40

Step2: Delete the POSTMAN environment setting
Click on environment => click on eye icon => click on edit => click on 3 dots => then click on delete

Step3: Once the collection and environment is deleted, Please re-import the POSTMAN collection and then configure the environment.

Step4: Now, try initiating the API call i.e. "SEQ-case-create-simple: Save a very simple case" and let us know the outcome.

Thanks

Thanks, Vivek.

Reimporting postman files solves the issue.
