Cannot access generate app key

Would like to generate app key via https://emea1-apps.platform.refinitiv.com/apps/AppkeyGenerator

neither machine ID/password nor email/password for site allow to log in

If this is the first time you are signing in, please use the Welcome email that you received. This login uses the email credentials specified in that email and not the machine ID.
