Thank you for reaching out.
For optimal screening results, ensure that the name order for Individuals is first/given name(s) followed by last/family name(s) (e.g., John James Lee)
In addition to English/Latin scripts, it is also possible to enter names for screening using those original language scripts (e.g. Chinese, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc)
