How to map ICE symbols to RICs?

For example; 5082529 or 5046471 or 5046437 to be mapped to RICs

There are APIs which can convert ISIN, SEDOL, CUSIP, ticker, or Open PermID to RIC, such as TRTH, DSS, Eikon APIs, and Open PermID.
