Stream status suspect before unsolicited close

Hello, we use RFA 8.2 C++ api t get level1 and level2 data.

is it guaranteed that api will always give "Suspect" stream status before giving unsolicited "close" on active subscription?


We are facing issue with api giving unsolicited "close" on some of the active subscription on same time every Sunday. We also see that we always receive "Suspect" stream status before receiving unsolicited "close".


Just wanted to check if that is defined behavior?

    Hi @mktdata,

    I would not say that your app will receive a Suspect before the Close everytime. What is the underlying reason for the close - are you able to check the ADS logs? Some asset classes like FX do the closing run on Sunday, but the logs should be able to point to the reason why an active subscription was terminated.
