Issue with new Workspace plugin in Excel

We recently moved from Refinitiv Eikon to Workspace and the plugin does not appear to be pulling daily instrument prices as it used to. Wondering if there might be something that needs to change in the formula that pulls the prices? Example: =@IF(B3="","",IF(AND(VALUE('Date & Time'!$B$1)=TODAY(),ISTEXT(@RHistory(B3,".Close","START:"&'Date & Time'!$B$1&":00:00 END:"&'Date & Time'!$B$1&":"&'Date & Time'!$B$2&" INTERVAL:1M",,,E3:E3))),TR($B3,"CF_LAST"),RHistory(B3,".Close","START:"&'Date & Time'!$B$1&":00:00 END:"&'Date & Time'!$B$1&":"&'Date & Time'!$B$2&" INTERVAL:1M",,,E3:E3)))

The best approach is to reach out to helpdesk directly, by submitting Workspace Excel question via MyAccount.
