Is there dll file for Workspace API? such as Refinitiv.Data.Core.dll?

There are a number of Workspace APIs (Python, TypeScript and .Net) - I assume you are referring to the .Net version. Yes, when you download the NuGet you can use it directly within your Workspace application. You can also refer to the DLL files associated with each NuGet package (Refinitiv.Data) and (Refinitiv.Data.Content).

The client can use .NET tools to download and install the libraries. Please check https://www.nuget.org/packages/Refinitiv.Data.Content/1.0.0-beta5.
