Hello Guys,
I have the following Problem and i would really appreciate help. I want voluntary and unvoluntary delistings in Europe between 2010 and 2024. Additionally i need the delisting announcement date (not when the company delisted).

Therefore i need the reason why a company delisted (Bankruptcy, Liquidation, M&A, failing to meet delisting criteria....)

I tried using the Screener - Universe Public Companies with the "Delisted Quote Flag" to true, however i could not retrieve the reason for the delisting or the delisting announcement date.

Using the Screener - Universe Deals with the "Going Private Flag" to true. I see the deals that led to a going private. with the additional Filters like "Bankruptcy Flag",
"Liquidation Flag", i can narrow down the List.

However this way i only see deals via Transaction not for example Delisting because unable to meet the Listing Criteria.

I would really appreciate your help.

If you are using the Screener, please contact the helpdesk via MyAccount and ask for the Screener formula that can be used to retrieve the required data.

If you are using the API, I found several questions regarding searching for delisted companies.
