Company screening via Codebook

Hello everyone,

I am currently working on a project where I need to screen for all private companies of a country with revenues between EUR 250m and EUR 10bn during a specified fiscal year.

I would like to specifically screen for companies where full income statements and balance sheets are available in Refinitiv within this period.

Since I did not manage to retrieve the information via the Workspace Screener, I thought of using Codebook to receive this output.

However, so far I haven't figured out the right code and did not receive proper help by using AI.

Hence, I am a Python and Workspace newbie, it would be great to get some feedback or even code strings that may help me to get the output I need.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I am not the Screener expert but there are some resources that might help you as follows:

• LSEG Data Library Quick Start

The Codebook app also comes with the Screener examples (the example uses RD Data Library, which is the older version of LSEG Data Library, but you should map to the LSEG Data library easily).
