I am having trouble in finding out how we can download earnings transcripts using refinitiv (the programming language doesn't matter). Can someone please help me with the sample code to extract earnings calls transcripts?

The LSEG Workspace does not provide downloading the Earnings Transcripts using the API.
They are available in the RDP, DSS and RKD products.

You can look at GraphQL and filings API on the RDP. Here are couple of articles and this and other questions on this topic which contain some of the sample code. To use, your ID would need access to Filings API on RDP.
