New User was able to create an ID on the Community, but unable proceed further, as user unable to the profile. Error message attached

Yes — I can login to the developer portal, but I'm presented with the screenshot Siva shared. That modal window pops up, and the user name is auto-populated. Once I click 'Complete profile', the page hangs indefinitely.
