Hi Team, could you please confirm which NumPy version is officially supported for the current Eikon Python API? After a recent update, I’ve encountered a datetime64 unit error in my project.

Please confirm the API that the client is using. Is it Eikon Data API or LSEG Data Library for Python?

If it is Eikon Data API, the supported NumPy version could be:

  "numpy>=1.11.0",

However, I am not sure if it supports the new numpy 2.x. Please try the LSEG Data Library for Python instead.

What version of numpy is the client using?

Moreover, the forum is public. Please inform the clients to raise questions by themselves.
