Hi there,I was wondering if you could help us or provide us with a technical contact who can.
As part of our integration, we are using the following call "/cases/{caseSystemId}/auditEvents", to check if the case has been screened yet. Parameters are as follows: actionType==SCREENED_CASE eventDate>2010-01-01T00:00:00Z
What we are finding is that while the case normally comes back screened reasonably quickly, occasionally it will take an extended time.

Could you give any insight into why the screening process might be taking longer on these occasions?

    HI @dereka,

    We are currently experiencing some delays in Audit event requests. The issue is understood and a temporary workaround is in place until the proper fix is available. In the meantime, if you experience the delay again tomorrow please email support so we can track your issue.
