1) Group Configuration of Individuals, Organisation, Country and Vessels

When we perform screening for ports using unspecified, the matches retrieved consists of corporations as well, they were not filtered to ports

so to get ports specific matches we configured by creating a port group via admin

and configuring the Other bodies by selecting "EC-
PRT – Embargoed Country or Region - Port"

now the matches retrieved are related to ports

Can you please advise the configuration to be done for Individuals, Organisation,Country and Vessels

IF we do the above setup in the admin login, will all the screening performed by all other users will go through the same screening procress or do we have to individually configure for each worldcheck one user ID

Hi There,

If you login to WC1 user interface and browse to Help there is a very detailed document on how to create and set groups for various screening settings. Please refer to the given documents.

• Client Administrator Getting Started

During the case creation, you can specify which group you want to screen against. Each of these group will have separate settings for Individuals, Organisation, Vessels as required by you. Also you can use one API user and have access to multiple groups.
