OMMViewer Java - where to download and how to tune the timeout parameter

Is there a public link that customer can download OMMViewer?

I am trying to use it to connect to a remote server in another region, sometimes it gets timed out. Any parameter to tune the timeout?

Only paid customer (RDC named user) can download the RFA package and its examples (including OMMViewer). If the client want to apply TRDC named user service, the client cant contact RDC Administrator (rdc.administrator@thomsonreuters.com).

The application can set a connection time out via connectionTimeout parameter in RFA configurations.
