pyDSWS stopped working

I was able to get data on pyDSWS with the Desktop subscription - but it has suddenly stopped. Who can help me ?

    From the error message, your account is invalid.

    You can contact your Refinitiv account team to verify the username and password for DSWS. Otherwise, you can directly contact the DSWS support team through MyRefinitiv.
