how can i delete a case completely so that i can open a new case with the old case id?

You can use the "Delete a case" API to delete a case completely. Before using the "Delete a case" API, you will have to archive the case first. You can archive a case using the "Archive a case" API.
Please check the Postman Collections v1.5 for the complete endpoints of the mentioned API calls.
Also, please note that delete functionality should be enabled in your WC1 account to utilise the "Delete a case" API.
