I have an ERT in Cloud client who has asked for the cloud solution, if there is a disconnection, how can they back fill the data that is missed?

I think the best bet would be for yourself and the client to discuss with their account team / local sales team to look at options available in terms of our historical data products - to see if they would provide the missed information.
I am not an expert on our historical content, but for example, historical pricing events could provide some of the missed data.
