No alerts coming for Ongoing Screening Alert

Hi Team,

Pilot Account - We use to receive Ongoing Screening Alerts via API & email alert for the same. Recently we enable to Production key also. After that we haven't received the OGS alert for the pilot account via mail or API. Please help me debug the same. Apart from Ongoing Screening other API's working as expected in Pilot account.

    Thanks for your query.

    Ongoing screening had been disabled in the on-premise PILOT environment due to some backend issues. We highly encourage you to continue the implementation work in the AWS PILOT environment, which is not affected by this issue.

    Please let me know if you do not have access to the AWS pilot environment. I will request access for it. Also please provide the parent group Name from /groups endpoint for reference.
