API request

Hello,

We are unable to make a request with the Eikon API.

We reinstalled the Eikon on a new PC.

We have an error: Reuters API resquest failed with status 404 : DOCTYPE html

Can you help me ?

There's a typo in the URL in the screenshot, you may refer to step 7 in Eikon Data API(Python) Troubleshooting | Refinitiv and please provide more data as requested by Umer for further investigation.

Please provide more information so that we can assist you - the above is not really much to go on.

Can you provide the complete error output from Eikon API e.g. something like shown in this post - with stack trace etc:
Error in retrieving data Error code 404 - Forum | Refinitiv Developer Community
Also, please provide the information requested in the above post - version of the Eikon library you are using as well as what version of httpx and nest-asyncio packages you are using?
