Hi, I am a Schroders employee. I have a Refinitiv Eikon login, but am told I would need a separate login to obtain data programmatically via Datastream. Could you please provide me with this? Thanks

Sorry about the issue that you are facing.
You can try your Eikon account with Datastream. However, if it doesn't work, please contact your Refinitiv account team or sales team directly to obtain a separate Datastream login.
