This is my first time trying to use Refinitiv Workspace.

However, I see the error saying 'Could not connect to server. Please contact your administrator.' repetitively.

Could you please help me handle this problem?

    According to ticket number 12128328, it is a permission issue and the support team suggests you contact the Refinitiv representative to verify the permission.

    I checked your issue and found that your account doesn't have a Refinitiv Workspace subscription. Please confirm your Refinitiv Account team or Sales team to verify your account.
