You can try the following code:

import wincertstore
print(wincertstore.__file__)
wincertstore.CertFile()

Then, run the pip list on the command prompt to check the version of DatastreamPy and wincertstore.

C:\Users\>pip list

Moever, please check the version of Python that the client is using.
