Delistings in Europe

Hello Guys,
I have the following Problem and i would really appreciate help. I want voluntary and unvoluntary delistings in Europe between 2010 and 2024. Additionally i need the delisting announcement date (not when the company delisted).

Therefore i need the reason why a company delisted (Bankruptcy, Liquidation, M&A, failing to meet delisting criteria....)

I tried using the Screener - Universe Public Companies with the "Delisted Quote Flag" to true, however i could not retrieve the reason for the delisting or the delisting announcement date.

Using the Screener - Universe Deals with the "Going Private Flag" to true. I see the deals that led to a going private. with the additional Filters like "Bankruptcy Flag",
"Liquidation Flag", i can narrow down the List.

However this way i only see deals via Transaction not for example Delisting because unable to meet the Listing Criteria.

I would really appreciate your help.
