Is there a way to extract list composite exchange codes from Open PermID?

We are trying to extract the list of country wise composite exchange codes from Open Perm ID. Expected output is - Country name; Composite exchange code.

Can anyone suggest us in this regard?

    Please see attached the list of exchange codes.

    Please note, that in addition we provide MIC, which is an iso standard for identifying exchanges. It's essentially
    equivalent to the exchange code.

    Could you please explain how you are going to use the list, and how it contributes to your use case? As the product manger of the PermID.org, it would help me to better understand how our users use PermID.org and how we can improve the services:)
