how to use the optional parameters (AsAtDate, MinValueDate, MaxValueDate)?

I'm currently working with your API (..V1/CurveValues/LatestForecast/110774918/0)

I did'nt find any documentation for it and i'm struggling to understand how to use the optional parameters (AsAtDate, MinValueDate, MaxValueDate).

It seems that 'AsAtDate' defines the date of the latest value at a point in time, but does it mean 'MinValueDate' and 'MaxValueDate' are the limits of a date range?
