Can API retrieve transcripts from LSEG Workspace Messenger

Does API access to LSEG/Eikon Workspace would allow the requestor to retrieve transcripts from the LSEG Workspace Messenger?

    Hello @victoria.lari

    The old version of the Workspace Messenger Bot API allows an application

    • to send a chat message to individual or chatroom
    • to receive chat messages in a chatroom

    However, the old version is feature completed and no longer available for the new clients.

    There is a new version of the API that is not released yet. I strongly suggest you contact the Messenger Team directly for more information.
