Data Publishing System

I have never heard "Data Publishing System". Anyway, based on my experience that posting data to ATS via TREP, your application has to extract all fields from flat files or database by itself before calling an API to publish data to ATS via TREP. Since the APIs e.g. EMA, ETA, WebSocket API sends fields' id with their values to TREP; the APIs do not have the feature to get fields from flat files or database. You can refer to:
