ESG EDP Perminssioning issue

Client gets "You are not permissioned to execute this method" when trying to pull some ESG EDP data. He has been given now credentials for it and they work fine but seems he hasnt got permisison to run a request. What would he need to do in order to start using the API?

    Can you clarify what you mean by 'they work fine' - if they cannot request data?

    IF you mean he can login but he gets permission error when requesting certain types of data, then you need to speak to the EDP / RDP permissioning team to ensure they have allocated the correct License for ESG data.
