WebSocket API - Not able to receive rate update after the initial request for currencies like LTL...

Hi Team,

For few currencies like LTL, LVL & BMD, we are getting rates at the initial request (only once) and later we are not getting any update for these currencies but for other currencies the rates are coming in milliseconds and we are keep getting updates.

Could you please help me to understand why this is happening?

It think this is mostly controlled by the rate server from where we are getting rates.

    I have subscribed to those RICs and found that the ACTIV_DATE field of those RICs are:

    1. 31 DEC 2014 (LTL=)

    2. 30 DEC 2013 (LVL=)

    3. 16 APR 2021 (ฺBMD=)

    You should be able to get update messages for BMD=.

    For LTL= and LVL= RICs, I assume that these two RICs may be inactive. Please directly contact the content support team via MyRefinitv to verify the problem.
