Typical response times between requesting a screening and obtaining results

What is the Typical response times between requesting a screening and obtaining results from said screening? my understanding is we have to poll the AuditEvents API call with the action type of "SCREENED_CASE" to obtain a response of which indicates the screening results are ready. Is this correct for production? this method has worked well for us on Pilot, however we are noticing some occurances where a screening request seems to take a lot longer to elicit a subsequent SCREENED_CASE AuditEvent.

What is the reccomended wait time / process for obtaining the results of a screening as soon as possible after the screening event was requested?

Hi @john.crocker,

If you want you can email me a few examples and your timing results.

Also, here are a couple links to a previous answered related questions:

WC1 API Performance - name screening - Polling

Why does a request for screening result sometimes return an empty return request?

Hope this helps,

Brian
