We are getting mismatch data while run API for bulk securities.Could you please check and confirm it.

So you are using a spreadsheet formula (probably the RData function) with Eikon for Office - and as such this is not a API Issue - for spreadsheet issues you should get help from the in-product 'Contact Us' help. It would help them if you could add the formula you are using to make the call ie the formula in cell 'Updated at 23:12:44' and tell them when they contact you. I hope this can help.
