@kavinkumar.kalimuthu Thanks for your question and sorry to hear about your issue. So you are using a spreadsheet formula (probably the RData function) with Eikon for Office - and as such this is not a API Issue - for spreadsheet issues you should get help from the in-product 'Contact Us' help. I have opened Case number: 12380848 on your behalf. The support team will reach out to you directly shortly. It would help them if you could add the formula you are using to make the call ie the formula in cell 'Updated at 23:12:44' and tell them when they contact you. I hope this can help.
