Eikon Data API not connecting with Workspace

Hello,


I am getting errors when connecting/using Eikon Data API with Workspace, I am using PyCharm.

Hi @yerzhan.seiilbek1, may I ask: (i) Do you have Eikon or Workspace running on the machine you're running the code on (on the machine you're connecting to in the screenshot)? (ii) Is there an antyvirus that may block certain ports? (iii) have you had a read of this article to see if it helps?
