Eikon App Key Generator Error (aaa/identity/create application: response status code does not indicate success 400 bad request)

Hello,

I'm trying to generate an eikon app key, but that error shows up as "aaa/identity/create application: response status code does not indicate success 400 bad request". I need some help to generate a key to use it on the Eikon APIs.

Below is the screen from the error.

Please contact the Eikon support team directly via MyRefinitiv regarding this error.

According to the error, it could be the problem on the server side.
