Dxy data problem, maybe need to know the time zone of TR.CLOSEPRICE.date?

I use eikon api to get dxy data, such as

TR.CLOSEPRICE

TR.CLOSEPRICE.date

but data I got is not the same as I found on some fin websites.

I think the problem is due to TR.CLOSEPRICE.date is not the same as I saw on other sites.


For example, the following are I get from eikon api,

I checked the close prices and found that the prices are similar to the prices displayed in the Chart app. For example:

If the prices in the API are similar to Eikon or Workspace, typically it is not the problem in the API.

To verify the prices, please contact the Eikon or Workspace support team direclty via MyRefinitiv. The support team can check the data for you and explain why the data is not the same as on other sites.
