Hi, when I run the following command, I got "400 bad request". Do you know how I can get data for the delisted stock? thanks.

The RIC in your request is wrong. It's either missing the exchange suffix or it has the dot where one shouldn't be. Try instead either 'RAI.N^G17' or 'RAI^G17'.
The "bad request" error however is likely to be the symptom of a timeout. See this thread for more details:
