Is there any way to get changes only on Trades and Refresh messages? That would save a lot of data sent down the pipe. We use realtime websocket elektron product.

If you want to further reduce number of updates, you could also ask your Market Data team if they already have or can setup a conflated service for you internal to your organisation. If they ensure the Trade Safe conflation parameters are set correctly, then Trade types updates will not be conflated.
