Multiple trades received TRDVOL_1 and TRDPRC_1 in RFA8 library
For 003380.KQ on 2020.06.01 at 15:30:25 Korean Time. We get one extra message with TRDVOL_1 and TRDPRC_1 which is duplicated with the CP.SGL message, why will that happen? Please refer to attached screenshot we captured internally. 2nd column “sym” is the RIC code and 13th column “gmt” is the time in GMT. We use RFA8 library to capture the trade, and it happen every day.

RFA does not generates data; the feed does this. RFA passes data to the application as it receives from the feed. Hence, I would suggest you reach out to the feed/data support team who can help you to investigate why the feed generates data like this. You can submit queries to the feed/data team at Product Support | MyRefinitiv . Select Product to be a feed e.g. Thomson Reuters Elektron Real-Time .
